Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Nodding Off app, made by Bananify Creative LLC. By using the app, you agree to them. Apple’s standard terms for licensed apps also apply.
Subscriptions
- A subscription unlocks every story in the app. Some stories may be free without one.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. When it ends, your subscription starts at the price shown when you signed up, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your Apple account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal.
- You can cancel any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, in Subscriptions.
- Apple handles payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using the stories
The stories, narration, music and artwork belong to Bananify Creative LLC or its licensors. You may listen for your own personal, noncommercial use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute them.
About the content
Stories are written and illustrated with AI tools, then edited by people, and the narrators are AI voices. Stories explain real subjects, but they’re made for bedtime listening and may simplify things or contain mistakes. They aren’t professional advice, and the app isn’t a medical product or a treatment for any sleep condition.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability won’t exceed what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms. If the terms change, we’ll update this page and its date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
