Cancel a subscription
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nodding Off. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Ask for a refund
Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple account.
Restore a subscription
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings in the app, tap Subscribe, then tap Restore.
A story won’t play
Stories stream over the internet, so check your connection first. If that’s fine, close the app fully and open it again.
Keep the sound playing after a story
In the app, open Settings and choose how long music and night air play on under After the story stops.
