Nodding Off is made by Bananify Creative LLC. The short version: there’s no account to create, and we don’t run ads or sell your information.
What stays on your phone
Your place in each story, your sound settings, your player settings and any stories saved for offline listening are kept on your phone. They aren’t sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
What reaches our servers
To show the catalog and play stories, the app requests files from our servers, which run on Cloudflare. As with any web request, these requests include your IP address and basic device details. We use them to deliver the files and keep the service running. We don’t use them to identify you or build a profile.
Subscriptions
Apple handles every purchase. We never see your name, email address or payment details. To unlock stories, the app sends our servers Apple’s signed record of your subscription, which shows whether it’s active.
What we don’t do
- We don’t ask for your name, email address or location.
- We don’t use advertising or tracking.
- We don’t sell your information.
Children
Nodding Off is meant for adults. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
